Android Auto: No sound when connected through Bluetooth

No audio to my Cadillac Cue radio using blue tooth. It shows music is playing but no audio.

I have a motorola razr plus 2023  phone.  Works blue tooth to my hearing aids but not to radio.

I was using Samsung flip phone before and it worked fine.  

I tried using my old Samsung Flip phone.  No audio with that one now. ?

Can you tell me a little more about your experience:

• What is the model and year of your Cadillac?
• Are you connecting to Android Auto or PandoraLink?
• How are you connected, Bluetooth or USB?
• Does Pandora appear to play when choosing a station but no audio comes out?

Cadillac 2015 SRX
I already told said Blue tooth, no audio but shows Pandora playing and I
use Android Auto.

@tailored12 Do you have the same experience when using a USB cord or does this only happen with Bluetooth?

In the meantime, please trying clearing the app data with the following steps and try again:

•  Open your Android Settings
• Tap Apps
• Scroll down to find Pandora
• Select Storage
• On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

You will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.
