Android Auto: No sound when listening in Offline Mode

Was listening to Pandora in car (off-line mode) when suddenly no sound.  Bluetooth is connected.  Screen shows progress of selection, but no sound. At a loss as to what to do next.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Android Auto.

Could you confirm if this is only happening when in Offline Mode, or when you're online as well?

Is your Android Auto wireless or wired? If wireless, could you try a wired connection with a USB cord and let me know if you have the same trouble.

This will hopefully help me narrow down some troubleshooting.
