Android Auto: Songs skip

Hello,

I recently installed an aftermarket car stereo (Roadanvi) in my Toyota Camry 2016. I am connected wirelessly using Android Auto, and I have a Samsung 23+, Android version 14. While listening to Pandora each songs skips, sometimes more than once. 

I have uninstalled / re-installed the app on my phone, switched the battery to unrestricted, and updated Android Auto on my phone.

What other steps can I take to try and resolve this? I cannot listen to an entire song without it skipping at least once.

Welcome to community!

Sorry to hear this is happening. I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team. Can you let me know if this only happens when connected to your vehicle, or outside of your vehicle too?

Does your current set up allow for a USB connection? If so, can you try connecting with a USB to determine if this only happens when connected with Bluetooth.

Hello!

This only happens when connected to my vehicle. 

I have not tried with a USB, but I will give it a try.

I just tried connecting with USB and unfortunately the songs are still skipping.

Thanks for trying, @leash444, appreciate it. I've updated my note to our engineering team that this happens when connected with Bluetooth and USB.
