I am having the same problem as of recently. 2014 Ford Escape. If I disconnect and reconnect it will work briefly but then stops shortly after.

Hi @Jackie5! Welcome to community!

To confirm, is this happening when you're connected to your Ford via Bluetooth? If so, have you noticed this happening with any other bluetooth connected devices, such as speakers?

No it’s just in my car and it just started happening recently. It used to work fine.

Hi @Jackie5!

I've gone ahead and passed this along to our engineering team for further review.

Can you confirm some additional information about your set-up:

  • The make and model of your mobile device?
  • Are you connected to your Ford via Bluetooth or USB?
  • Do you control playback through your vehicles entertainment system or directly on the phone?

Thanks!

It’s an iPhone 11 and connected via Bluetooth. This issue makes it not a
hand free process. And there are many other people on the help thread
having this same issue.

Thanks for the info, @Jackie5. I've included this in the report to our engineering team. They'll take a closer look.
