CarPlay: Audio lowers when connected

I was having the same error message problem along with not displaying what song and artist it was playing. The latest Pandora update fix that. However, another big issue is every 30 seconds or so, the base part of my stereo will drop out and it sounds very tinny. That did not get corrected with the latest update. Is anybody else having that? I have a Subaru Forester with CarPlay.

Hi @Beedoobee

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the audio when connected to CarPlay

Since you're experiencing something a little different than the original thread, I moved you over to a new post.

Could you tell me a bit more about your experience:

-When connected to CarPlay, are you using a wireless connection or USB connection? If wireless, can you please try a wired connection and let me know if you have the same experience.

-Does the whole audio completely lower, or just the base?

In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account. While I see a new connection recently, would you please uninstall and reinstall the Pandora app on your iPhone again. I'd like to have a fresh connection for the trace.

Thanks much!
