CarPlay won't go to next song at end of current after working just fine

Working for nearly a year in my new car without any problem. Within the last month occasionally a song will lock up at end and not advance to next song even if I use controls on CarPlay. I have iPhone 17 and just yesterday updated to iOS 27.0 so I am current with everything. I checked my iphone to see if there was any incoming activity to cause interference. None. Couple of weeks ago, all was fine. Map directions would lower music volume and return normal. Phone call could be made and music returned when call completed. I deleted Pandora app and reinstalled. Didn't help.

Thanks for sharing the details and for already trying a reinstall of the Pandora app. I’d like to gather a few additional details so I can pass this along to our engineering team for further review:

• Does this happen with some songs, or just occasionally? Have you noticed if this happens with a particular station?
• Are you connecting to CarPlay wirelessly or with a USB cable?
• What version of the Pandora app are you currently using?
• When playback gets stuck, are you eventually able to continue listening, or do you need to disconnect from CarPlay and reconnect?
