Onstar drops Pandora, Weather Channel, Etc

2018 Chevy: Pandora stopped working. Onstar reports they no longer support Pandora or the Weather Channel on my vehicle.

Welcome to community! I’m sorry you’re having trouble with Pandora in your Chevy.

The built-in Pandora app relied on GM’s legacy infotainment platform, which GM retired on September 30, 2025. As a result, the integrated Pandora app is no longer supported on affected GM vehicles, including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac.

While the app may continue to work on some vehicles, if you experience trouble using it, there will not be any future updates or fixes available for the built-in app now that the platform has been retired.

I understand this may be disappointing, especially if you’ve been using the built-in app for some time. You can still listen to Pandora in your vehicle using a compatible phone through Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto, if available in your Chevy.
