I am a Pandora Premium listener for years. I am having a problem connecting Pandora in the car using an AT&T data plan. It was working fine till three weeks ago. I am getting connection error and on occasion "Pandora is not available in your area" Pandora works fine on my phone (verizon) and on my other devices and computers.

Hi @jstenerson and @Notruck! Thanks for posting.
Could you provide the following information so I can investigate?
- What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
- If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
- What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
- How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
- Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
- Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
Let me know.
Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.

1) My current car is a 2021 XC 60 Volvo. Earlier in December I had the same issue in my old car 2015 Volvo
2)N/A
3)My iphone and ipad plays Pandora fine ...my tech issues is only with the connection in the car. In the car I downloaded the app less than 2 weeks ago.
4)No phone connection...it is an AT&T Data plan for the car (old and new)
5) I have not connected Apple Car Play
6) Again this is a in-car connection issue
Thanks
