GMC - Unable to load or login

Hi Tanner,

I also have a newer car, I've never been able to load or login on my Pandora app in my car.  I have a 2018 GMC Terrain.  Can you check into this?  I would love to have access to my music!!

Hi @TracyD930! Thanks for posting to community. 

Can you let me know exactly what happens when you try to load or log into Pandora on your GMC?

Do you get any type of error message? If so, can you share a picture of the error message?

Additionally, the integrated Pandora app within GMC requires a separate data plan in order to stream in the vehicle. Can you confirm that this plan is enabled and active.
