Interrupted service while listening?

Going under bridges or on interstates my Pandora will just cut off on its own. Multiple times I have to cut it back on. Why?

Hi @CROC Thanks for posting to community.

Can you let me know a little more about how you listen in your vehicle?

  1. What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
  2. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
  3. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
  4. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
  5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?

Keep in mind,  all Pandora automotive implementations require you to use a compatible iPhone or Android with an active internet connection in order to stream music in the car. If your cellular connection is weak or not available, Pandora may not be able to stream.

Let me know and I'll be happy to follow up.
