Mazda - Error message: Unable to view the content of the connected device

I have connected Pandora to my 2016 Mazda Cx5.  Everything seems well until I try to use the menu and I keep getting an Error: Unable to view the content of the connected device.  I have tried re-installing the Pandora App, Re-installing my iPhone Xr to the Bluetooth device list.

Hi @iampotfog! Thanks for posting, sorry to hear this is happening. 

Could you provide a little more info around your experience:

1. Are you using an aftermarket stereo or stock? If an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
2. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
3. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
4. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
5. Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?

Also, could you share a picture of the error you see in your car? You can include it in this thread.
