New phone and now no sound from Pandora app in my truck

I upgraded my Android phone and now there's no sound through my Pandora app the phone Auto launches to the truck I see the album art on the screen in my truck it shows to be playing but there is no sound if I close the app in my truck and just listen to it through the Bluetooth it plays fine but if I use the Pandora app in my truck there's no sound what can I do??? what am I doing wrong???

Hi @Musicman100! Thanks for posting to community. Are you still having trouble with PandoraLink in your truck?

If so, could you provide the following information so I can investigate?

1. What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
2. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
3. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
4. Are you connected to PandoraLink with a USB?
   
5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
6. Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
