No Network or Network Error Messages in Vehicle

It will play a song or two, then stop playing. I get the message, no network connectivity.

Can you give me a little more info about your phone and car:

  1. What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
  2. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
  3. Can you tell me the Pandora app version on your iPhone (let me know if you need help finding that)?
  4. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
  5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?

  3. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
  4. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
  5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
  6. Have you only seen this message when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?

My pandora stop play In my car anymore.  Network error message pops up. I drive a 2017 Honda Accord and I have an iPhone 11. How can I resolve this issue?

I’m having the same problem with my 13 Chevy. It works fine on Bluetooth but once connected to usb I get error message

I'm also having issues with Pandora app saying no internet connection.

Ive 2020 Ford Fusion

no aftermarket radio system

i have an iPhone 13 Pro Max now running iOS 16 public beta 3. it also did it on iOS 15.6 . pandora app version 2207.2

apple car play

only happens in the car thats when i mainley listen to it

mostly bluetooth but i also get when connected to aux

Are you still having trouble in your Chevy? Can you let me know the model of your 2013 Chevy. When connected via USB does the message appear on your car's infotainment screen or on your mobile device?

Can you take a picture or a screenshot of the message you receive?

When connected to your vehicle are you using Apple CarPlay each time? Does something similar happen when connected through Bluetooth or USB only?

Does the error message appear on your car's infotainment screen or on your mobile device? Can you take a screenshot/picture of the message to share?

Hi @gpradoff24!

When responding in the text box, you should see a menu bar at the top. Clicking the camera icon should allow you to upload photos in your message. This is often easiest to do while on a computer.

Just to clarify, the message appears on your infotainment screen, not on your mobile device?
