Hi @cshartwell7

Welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re running into trouble getting Pandora to connect. I know that can be frustrating, especially when everything else seems connected.

To help get a clearer picture of what’s happening, could you share a bit more detail?

  • How is your phone connected to your Subaru: Bluetooth, USB, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, or PandoraLink?

  • What exactly happens when you try to use Pandora in the car? (For example: does it not load, fail to play, give an error, etc.?)

  • What type of phone are you using?

Depending on your setup, there are a few different ways Pandora can work in your vehicle:

  • Bluetooth: Audio streams from your phone, but control is limited to your device or basic car controls

  • USB connection / PandoraLink (if supported): Allows more integrated control through your car’s display

  • Apple CarPlay or Android Auto (if supported): Provides full app control directly on your car’s screen (if your model supports it)

Thanks for the help!
