Subaru: Unable to connect to Pandora

I have the Pandora app in my car Subaru and phone is connected but it won't connect with Pandora.

Welcome to community!

There are couple of different ways to play Pandora in your vehicle. Could you confirm if you're connecting to:

• PandoraLink - Pandora app found in the Media apps
• CarPlay
• Android Auto

To confirm, does the app not load, or loads, but is unresponsive? 

Lastly, do you connect to a WiFi network, while in your vehicle?
