Can you tell me a little more about your experience?

  • Are you connecting to a GMC Canyon or another model vehicle? If it's a GMC Canyon, what year?
  • Is this your first time connecting or have you connected before in the past?
  • How are you connecting to your vehicle? With a Bluetooth connection or USB?
  • Do you have a similar issue connecting to other devices, for example, a Bluetooth speaker?

I have a 2016 GMC Sierra, and it won't connect automatically.  When I push the Pandora icon on my GMC intellilink radio it says check your connected device.  I am connected via blue tooth.  My phone is running android 11.  Is there a fix for this?  I have already tried changing the settings in the app, "launch from car" is on.
