We’ve refreshed the Pandora Community site to make it easier to connect, browse, and discover. ✨ Check out what's new here.
Hi @Bd55
Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing your vehicle details.
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting Pandora connected. To better understand what’s going on, could you tell me a bit more about the issue you’re running into?
Are you able to connect your phone to your Volvo via Bluetooth at all, or is the pairing failing?
If it does connect, are you not hearing audio from Pandora, or is playback not starting?
What type of phone are you using?
In the meantime, one helpful step to try is refreshing the Bluetooth connection. On your phone, go to your Bluetooth settings, find your Volvo in the list of paired devices, and select “Forget this device.” Then, re-pair your phone to the car. For specific steps on how to re-pair I recommend referencing the owner's manual.
Let me know how it goes!
