for some reason, the Bluetooth in my car is super quiet and I can’t figure out why but the radio is that I’ve searched all the settings and you cannot find an answer
@bmichael872 try one of these solutions...
1. The "Pre-Play" Workaround
A highly recommended fix is to force your phone's audio routing to register correctly before it ever connects to your car:
1. Turn off your car or temporarily turn off your phone's Bluetooth.
2. Open the Pandora app on your phone.
3. Pick a station and start playing a song directly out of your phone's built-in speaker.
4. While the music is actively playing, turn on your car's Bluetooth (or plug into USB) and let it take over the audio stream.
2. A Hard Reset of the Bluetooth Pairing
Sometimes the cache configuration between the app and the car's head unit gets compressed. Starting fresh often solves it:
1. Go into your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find your vehicle, and select "Forget This Device".
2. Go into your car's media/infotainment settings and delete your phone from its device list.
3. Turn your car completely off, open and close the driver's door (this forces the car's electronics to shut down fully), and restart your phone.
4. Pair them together again from scratch.
3. Check App Audio Quality Settings
Pandora defaults to a lower stream quality over mobile data to save bandwidth, which can make the audio output sound exceptionally flat and quiet in a car.
• Open Pandora > Go to Profile/Settings > Advanced > Under Audio Quality, ensure "Higher quality audio" is checked for both Wi-Fi and Cellular data.
Are you using an iPhone or an Android? Knowing which phone you have will help me pinpoint if a specific phone setting (like Android's "Absolute Volume" or Apple's "Sound Check") is compounding the problem.
Take care, and GOD bless.

Thanks for sharing those suggestions, @MOHLovesAlaska ! Re-pairing the Bluetooth connection is definitely a good troubleshooting step to start with and can surprisingly be the most helpful.
@bmichael872, since Pandora is playing but the volume is unusually low through your car, I’d first recommend removing the Bluetooth connection as @MOHLovesAlaska mentioned from both your phone and your vehicle, restarting your phone, and then pairing the two again.
It would also be helpful to know a little more about your setup:
Are you using an iPhone or Android?
What is the make, model, and year of your vehicle?
Is Pandora the only audio that plays quietly over Bluetooth, does this happen with other Bluetooth devices, like a speaker as well?
While Pandora is playing through Bluetooth, have you tried turning the volume all the way up using the volume buttons on your phone, then adjusting the vehicle volume separately?
Thanks for the extra help.
