First I would recommend you to check your notification settings to see if they are deactivated or if there may be any restriction.
You can do this by clicking on your profile icon, then select My Settings from the drop down menu.
There you should be able to check Preferences and Subscriptions & Notifications.
In the meantime, can you please share a screenshot of what you see on this thread?
Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments.
