Thumbs Down not working / I have updated Chrome /I have a fast web connection /  I have a fast machine / Running Win10

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Thumbs Down. Based on your message, it sounds like you were able to update Chrome successfully. 

Does this happen with your Thumbs Up as well?

Have you tried running through the standard Chrome troubleshooting steps?

If the issue persists, could you try a different browser like Firefox to see if you experience the same thing? This will help us determine whether this is browser-related.

It seems to be Chrome. Firefox works but now also Chrome works.
Who knows what goes on anymore these days?
