Collections Page just keeps reloading no music

Was this ever figured out? I'm having the same issue using browser on a Windows 10 computer. Chrome and Edge browsers both do the same thing, can't listen to any music at all now.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

1. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
2. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
