Desktop App - Windows: Longer songs cut off and restart.

I am using the Pandora APP on my computer.  It is a Windows 11 box with all the latest updates.  And this has been happening for over a year now.  When I have long songs on the app, it plays for part of the song, and then restarts.  It continues to do this over and over again, each time, playing the song a little bit longer.  But, not by much.  


I have the same issue using the app on my TV, on Xumo, Roku, and FireTV.  But on my TV it doesn't restart the song, it just skips to the next song, or plays silence to the end of the song and then just stops playing.  However, when using my Android phone, I do not have these same issues.

At this point I am not sure what to do to fix this, or if there is anything I can do to fix it.  

I can say that if this does not stop and I cannot fix it, that I likely will be dropping my subscription and moving to Spotify.  Which **ahem**, because I have spent a lot of time building my playlists over here and would have to start all over again.  
But, I have a lot of long songs that are on my playlist, and if I cannot listen to the entire song, then what is the point?
