Desktop: Close or Skip thumbs up collection?

I have a list of my Thumbs Up collection on my desktop computer.  Do I click "Close" or "Skip" to save them.  This is not clear to me. These are songs I treasure and do not want to lose them.

Too late to send a screen shot; I had to delete the list as it covered a portion of my computer I needed to use to check my email.  Sorry about that.  But, at least I know my music collection is still somewhere on Pandora....the trick is getting it back where I can use it.

If so, the next time the prompt to close or skip your thumbs up list appears, can you please grab a screenshot of it and send it here?
