Music skips no way to contact Pandora thinking about cancelling subscription

Works fine on my iphone, when trying to use on my laptop though is when it is just skipping songs continuously. It will take about 3-4 seconds and skip to the next song. It worked on my laptop about a week ago but have not tried again until tonight to play again. Not sure what is happening, I have tried logging off and back on, also tried switching stations, and did not stop. Is there another way to refresh my account?
