@zzdesignz Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. What is the names of one of your playlists where you are unable to turn Shuffle OFF?

Shuffle button will not highlight - shuffle remains on after reboot.

Win 11 PC desktop

Browsers: Mozilla and Chrome

Using on Website, as desktop app will not install from Microsoft store:

Shuffle will not turn off: FAIL

App will not download: FAIL

I didn't realize that you were talking about the atrocious microcrap
abortion known as windows, I thought you were referring to Pandora on
Android. Personally, I never give windows access to the internet because of
microcrap's incessant, never ending updates. So Pandora vs. windows is
never an issue for me; which is a good thing because their play store app
is such a reeking pile of garbage that it crashes constantly.

@zzdesignz Thanks for following up with that information.

I was unable to reproduce this on my end.

I shuffled one of your playlists, and was able to unhighlight the shuffle icon so that the station played in sequential order.

Shuffle ON:

To clarify, after you click on the Shuffle icon at the bottom of the now playing screen, does nothing happen?

I don't know what to tell you because it works for me. And since I can't see exactly what you're doing I have no way of knowing if you're following the instructions verbatim. Maybe it's your device's OS; kind of difficult to troubleshoot anything without either complete information or having the problem right in front of me. You could always try getting technical support from Pandora; that's usually good for either a laugh or two, or hours of frustration.
