IP Geolocation thinks I am not in the US

mmsmith

I have Omni Fiber (here in Ohio) and they are telling me there is a ip geo location problem and Pandora thinks I am in another country, other than where I have lived most of my life! ha!

We have a modem, hooked up to a router (there is no VPN going on or firewall) and it was working a few weeks ago. Pandora is accessible if I do not connect to my router, but when we are connected to it, Pandora will not work.

Does anyone know how I can contact Pandora support and send them a .csv file (given to me by my provider) in order to allow me to play pandora in my house?
