MAC Desktop App: "Something Has Gone Wrong" Error

I'm having the same issue with the Pandora app on my MacBook. Please help!! Nothing I've done helps. I've been through the troubleshooting steps, but nothing.

ok, so installed new ribbon cable. still having the same problem as i've been having, despite doing everything above. still getting the "something went wrong" message whenever i try to play all collected songs on shuffle. what gives??? this is really frustrating... & has been happening close to 6 months now. please, please, PLEASE fix this issue... i beg of you

Sorry to hear that uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not help resolve the issue.

I'd like to report this to our engineers for further investigation. Could you help by providing a little more info?

1. Make and model of your device: MAC Book Pro
2. Network (Wi-Fi or LAN):
3. Pandora version (Go to the App Menu Toolbar, select Pandora then About Pandora;
4. Mac version (Click the Apple Icon on the Menu Toolbar them About This Mac;

13" mid 2010 macbook pro, 2.4 ghz intel core duo 2 upgraded to 1tb ssd & 16gb ram 1067 mhz ddr3

am hardwired into lan ethernet

pandora version 15.0.3

macos high sierra 10.13.6

anything else you need to know?

ok, am playing thru chrome rn. when i first started it up, it kinda
glitched at first, & paused playing about 3 seconds in, sorta like how it
does thru the app

also, it just went to the next song & did the pause after 3 seconds, but
hasn't resumed playing

so basically am having the same issue whether app or chrome browser

as a coder myself, i tend to think your code is a bit buggy. would you
lemme look at your sourcecode? i promise i could fix it, & i would be
willing to do it at a reasonable price
