ok, so installed new ribbon cable. still having the same problem as i've been having, despite doing everything above. still getting the "something went wrong" message whenever i try to play all collected songs on shuffle. what gives??? this is really frustrating... & has been happening close to 6 months now. please, please, PLEASE fix this issue... i beg of you

ok, am playing thru chrome rn. when i first started it up, it kinda glitched at first, & paused playing about 3 seconds in, sorta like how it does thru the app
