Whenever I need to pause a song it will pause for *10 to 12 seconds only* before it continues to play from the pause point.
It does this on my Pandora app with Windows 10 desktop & my iPhone. Both platforms are updated with the latest firmware.
I've tried uninstalling it, restarting my computer/iPhone but it still does the same thing. Is there a way I have the pause button stay in paused until I need to play it again?

Hi there, @RubiJ. 👋
Pandora should stay paused until you decide to listen again.
For your iPhone device, another option is exiting the Pandora app.

Are you using any bluetooth devices when this issue occurs on your devices?
Have any error messages appeared?
Let me know. 🎧
Great Day to You @AlyssaPandora ,
Hope you and yours are safe and well!
That’s a good question! I realize this occurs when I’m listening to Pandora through Bluetooth. Whether it’s on my desktop or my iPhone it happens
**Also.. there is no error messages displayed. It just continues the song from the paused time (when playing through Bluetooth)**
Thanks for following up, @RubiJ.
What type of bluetooth device are you connected to when this happens? (ex: speakers, headphones, etc)
Please let me know the. make and model of the device as well.
Thanks for working with us on this. 🤝

@RubiJ Thanks for following up.
To clarify, are you only experiencing this issue with Pandora?
Have you tried streaming other apps such as YouTube?
If not, please try launching the YouTube app and let me know if you experience similar issues there as well.
Thanks for your patience.

Hola @AdamPandora
Yes sir, I just tried it out and it looks like between Pandora and YouTube app, Pandora will not stay paused using my UE via Bluetooth.
I do have the same issue with Netflix, but I'm going to contact them directly so they can solve it
Thanks!
@RubiJ Thanks for your replies. You mentioned that you only notice this issue when you're using your Bluetooth speaker device. It sounds like this issue may be related to the connection between your devices.
Have you tried repairing your UE Boom speaker with your devices?
To remove the pairing, please go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone, find the appropriate connection, and select "Forget this device."
You can also do this for your computer to see if this helps.
Let us know how it goes. 🎧
Hola!@AlyssaPandora
I've "forgotten device", shut down power, did a factory reset on the UE, then reconnected UE to my laptop via Bluetooth.
But when playing the Pandora app, it does the same thing 😓
@RubiJ Thank you for the update.
I've gone ahead and shared this information with our engineering team on your behalf.
Appreciate your patience while they investigate. 🎧
