I'm having the same problem on my Macbook Air. I just signed up for this service and am wondering if I should keep it.

Hi @mbm! Thanks for posting.

I moved your message over to our Desktop board since this section fits a little better than the previous thread, which was for Bose devices. 

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? 

  1. Are you listening from:
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from the web, what browser are you using?
  2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? (If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with some additional steps.)
