Podcasts stop playing - Error Message

I can listen to about 1-2 podcasts a day before they stop playing and never restart. When I inspect the page source, I get an error message of "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)" I am on my work desktop and unable to download the app without permission.

To help investigate, can you let me know the following:

• make and model of your work computer,
• which browser you use,
• also, do you know if you are using a VPN?
