Premium Session Ad Freezes

Has anyone else been having trouble with there Pandora Premium Session? So I search my song and click on it but, when I click "Play Song" it should bring me to watch a add but instead it freezes and then when I try to switch my tabs its says "Return to Pandora to start your Pandora Premium Session" But nothing was playing, not even an add?!?!?!

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  • Which web browser are you using?
  • Are there any other error messages popping up?
  • If possible, could you capture a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?

HI @AlyssaPandora Yes I am using a Computer. Screenshot 2020-04-13 at 1.42.59 PM.pngAfter I click Resume It just does nothing and Freezes and It never lets me use The Pandora Premium Session! 

There are no other pop ups and im using google.
