Song key will change and then return to original key

While listening, song key will change for a second or two and then return to original key. It sounds super strange and trippy. It could also be the music for a second stretches out due to lag in connection? This just started recently.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Are you listening on a web browser or the desktop app?

If you're on a web browser, can you let me know which one and the version you're on? Also, does the same experience happen in a different browser?
