Song stops playing out loud half way through

Song stops playing out loud halfway through. I'm on a work desktop (Microsoft). You can see the song seems to be playing still, but there is no sound. It stays on that song and doesn't move down the playlist. It happens on both chrome and edge browsers. I cannot install the app due to company security. If i click a new song it plays the first half. I've restarted the computer. My company doesn't all Spotify. 

Please help this is so frustrating.

  • A Mac or Windows computer?
  • What browser are you using?
• Is there an error message?
  • If yes, what exactly does it say?
  • If not, tell me exactly what you see when you go to https://www.pandora.com
• Are you listening though the computer speakers or are you using a headset or speakers? 
  • If you are using a headset or speakers, please let me know how it is connected to the computer.
