Song won't play

When I click to play a song it will not play. it continues to play what ever song is playing at the time. This is using the desktop app on a windows pc in chrome. 
I know others have had this problem but it doesn't seem that it has been fixed. I performed the troubleshooting steps as outlined and this does not solve the problem

Sorry to hear those steps didn't help with the issue you're experiencing.

In your original post, you mentioned using the Desktop app in Chrome. If you're using the Desktop app, you won't need to use your web browser to stream Pandora. 

Could you clarify a bit more about how you're listening?

• Are you using your Chrome web browser to stream Pandora?
• Or, have you downloaded the actual desktop app for Windows computers?
• If you're having trouble with both Chrome and the desktop app, feel free to let me know that info too.
• Any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
