Songs Being Cut Short

I have noticed on several occasions that songs are abruptly cut short, and another song will immediately start playing. Can you please control this issue?  Thank you.

Can you explain your issue a bit further?

Do you notice this happening with specific songs? Or does it happen randomly with any track that plays?

Also, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
• A Mac or Windows computer?
• Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Ive noticed the same. only certain songs on my both my Alexia and Iphone. About ready to switch ...

I'll also need a bit more information of the songs, can you write me back with the following?

• The titles of the tracks.
• Name of the artists.
• Were you listening to a specific station or playlist?

If it's happening on a computer:

• Are you listening from:

  • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

Is this happening when listening through other devices , besides your Alexa?
Do you see an error message?
