Songs Cut Off Before Finishing - Mac

I am contributing my experience with song cut offs too; i control my sonos to play pandora via my mac desktop or iphone. Its become a regular occurence in the middle of random songs, an ad will end it. 
i have a free acct, not paying for subscription in case thats a factor.  But it sounds like payers are exp some of the same.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

• Are you receiving any error messages when this occurs? If so, what exactly does it say?
• Just to confirm, you're using the Sonos Controller app?
