Songs play that CANNOT be thumbs down

When playing my thumbs up playlist some random songs are playing that are NOT in the thumbs up playlist and furthermore they CANNOT be given a thumbs down.   An example is a crappy Planet 13 version Journey's Separate Ways.   I do not want any Planet 13 stuff to play.   Also why is there music where the th

I'm sorry to hear that there are songs that shouldn't playing on your Playlist.

First, I would like to clarify that the thumb up and thumb down options are not available on Playlists. You see, thumbs are made to guide your listening experience without having to select specific songs, so they are only available for the auto play and for your stations, but since playlists are a fixed list of songs they are not avialable there.

Now, I checked your account and I do see that the cover from Planet 13 played on your Playlist although it is not there.

Can you tell me more about the issue?

• Is this only happening when you play that playlist? Or with other playlists too?
• Is it always the same song? or different ones?
• Does this happen after trying to skip a song or when you try doing something else?

And about your setup:

• Does it only happen when listening on your computer or on other devices too?
• Are you listening from:
  • A Mac or Windows computer?
  • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
• Is there an error message?
  • If yes, what exactly does it say?
