Unable to Shuffle Across Multiple Devices

I am unable to shuffle album songs from tv and computer.  Have uninstalled and reinstalled app on both and rebooted both. On computer a pop up says there's an issue and they're working on it but this has been happening for a few weeks.

For your Computer:

• Are you using a MAC or Windows computer?
• You mentioned reinstalling apps on both - just to confirm, are you using the Pandora Desktop App? 

For your TV device:

• Could you share more information about your TV?
• What is the make and model of your TV?
• Which internet / cable service provider do you use?
