Can you tell me more about what's happening and about how you listen through your computer?
 

1. Are you listening from:
   • A Mac or Windows computer?
   • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from the website, what browser are you using?
2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
3. Is it happening for every song or are you having trouble with a particular station or to specific songs? If it is something specific, can you tell me the name of the station or the songs?

Since it is an Altec computer I suppose you may use Windows, is this correct?
