Having the same issues with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Also happens with Spotify. Also happens from the phone, my desktop and laptop. Why cant we control of buffer rates? I know this would clear up some issues.

Hey, @Johnela1. ๐
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble streaming Pandora.
It sounds like you may need to reboot your connection since you're experiencing this issue across devices.
- Shut down your device completely;
- Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in;
- Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up;
- Turn your device back on and try Pandora again.
If Pandora still isn't working, could you check if you're able to connect to your network using another streaming service, such as YouTube? Do you experience buffering on other account?
Hope this helps. ๐ง

I am on a windows 10 home computer using Firefox or Google to listen to Pandora. All of a sudden my stations won't play, they keep buffering. My screen is a Samsung 24" monitor.

@BigMac1946 I moved your post over to this existing thread: Web: Buffering Issues
To clarify, are you only experiencing this issue with Pandora?
Have you tried streaming websites such as YouTube?
If not, please try launching YouTube and let me know if you experience similar issues there as well.
Thanks for your patience.

@Listener001 Welcome to Community!
Sorry to hear you're having troubles. Could you tell me a bit more about what you're experiencing?
1. Are you listening on a computer or the mobile app?
2. If you're on a computer, what browser are you using?
3. If you're on the mobile app, what is the make and model of the mobile?
4. Is it also happening on stations? Or is it only happening on podcasts?
The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.

A lot of times quitting your browser completely, re-opening it and going back to pandora.com can help.
If you prefer to use Edge and re-opening your browser hasn't helped, try these steps:
- Clear your browser's history, cache and cookies.
- Click on the three dots in the top right (located on the browser toolbar).
- Select Settings
- Select Choose what to clear under the Clear browsing data title.
- Check the boxes for Browsing History, Cookies and saved website data and Cashed data and files.
- Click Clear.
- Turn off extensions like Disable HTML5 Autoplay, Adblock, and NoScript, or allow www.pandora.com within them.
- If you are using an internet firewall or anti-virus program, it could be blocking portions of our site. Try allowing access to www.pandora.com within those programs, and then try visiting our site again. If this doesn't help, then try disabling such programs entirely as a test to see if this affects your issue.
Once you've completed this, restart your computer and then try loading pandora.com again.
I hope this is helpful.
