Web: No Sound when Music Appears to be Playing

If this is a common occurrence, I will end my subscription.  Let me know how to remedy this problem.

Last night for the first time since subscribing to Pandora Plus, the sound
would stop at the beginning of a new song. I would switch to another
category, the new song would play w/ sound but w/ subsequent songs there
would be no sound. This was super frustrating to say the least. Not sure
I will stay with Pandora if this is your common practice to have me upgrade
to the "Premium" version. NOT HAPPY w/ Pandora.

This is not an android issue. It is on my lap top PC.

I moved your post over to the Desktop space since this issue is specific to your laptop.

If you are on a computer, are you listening from:

    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  1. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  2. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Pandora seems to be working OK now. I will monitor it for same problems
and will let you know. Not sure what was going on as I'm on your
website signed in. My browser is Microsoft Edge.
