Web: Unable to get past "bot" prompt

Pandora no longer works anymore. Something about bots.

I have a Pandora Plus subscription. I an stuck in this loop:

I guess I held it like a bot.4. I am a paying customer. I am enjoying Pandora for money.4. I am a paying customer. I am enjoying Pandora for money.Once again. I have a paying subscription.Once again. Is there any way to contact a human for support?

Are you on a Mac or Windows computer?

  • If you're using Windows, which OS version are you running (Windows 10, Windows 11)?

Are you listening through our website or the Pandora Desktop App?

  • If you're using the website, which browser and version are you using?

Troubleshooting suggestions:

In the meantime, can you please try:

  • updating your browser to the latest version 
  • switching to another browser to see if the issue reproducible there
