We are using the website and we are using google chrome. It has been working just fine but suddenly it would say " Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon. " It happens quite frequently now and we don't always have time to worry about the music shutting off.

I'm having this same issue with a new album I added (Def Leppard, Diamond Star Halos). It doesn't seem to happening with any other song, album, or playlist. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10, not a desktop app. Any suggestions?

The error message I've gotten for the past three weeks when trying to listen to any station on Chrome or Microsoft Edge is "Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon". Sometimes if I keep refreshing and hitting play on different stations a song will play. Can someone help with this issue?

Hey there, @samanthaerin90. 👋

Does this issue occur when attempting to initiate a complimentary session of Premium?

In the meantime, I would recommend trying out these steps:

You can also try rebooting your connection to see if this helps resolve the error:

  1. Shut down your device completely;
  2. Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in;
  3. Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up;
  4. Turn your device back on and try Pandora again.

Let me know how it goes. 🎧
