"Something Has Gone Wrong" When Playing Podcasts

I get the same error message when trying to listen to some podcasts. Using Google Chrome on PC. Tried Bing and Firefox same error. Tried all Google Chrome troubleshooting step mention above and completed each step and rebooted PC, still getting error message. I deleted Pandora Ap on my phone and reinstalled, no love. About to cancel with you guys, hope you can help.

Thank you and my apologies for the continued trouble with that podcast. I completely understand how frustrating this is for I love listening to my favorite podcast during work and other activities.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any additional information or a timeline as to when you can expect to see this resolved. 

However, the info you've provided is helpful and I've made sure to pass it along. I've also made a note regarding your experience.

Hi @maynardga , can you tell us more about this?

If it's happening on a computer:

  • Are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  • Does the error message only appears for podcasts? or for music too?
  • Are you connected to your School network when this happens?
  • Is it for specific podcasts? Or for all of them?
