@cowboyy221 Sorry you've been having troubles with your account.
Could you tell me a bit more about what you're experiencing?
1. Is this happening when you shuffle different stations? Or is it happening when you're listening specific stations?
2. Please provide the name of the station(s) this is happening
3. Have you tried a different browser or is it happening on all stations?
4. Please provide the name of the browser you're using.
Looking forward to your reply.
Its all stations I hit "I'm tired of this track" and it gets put on the shelf but the next day its back again. so i was wondering if Its out on the shelf just for a day now. I would like it to be put up there for about two months. I'm on the edge browser and also the iPhone app store app.
@cowboyy221 The next time it happens, please provide the following information:
1. The name of the station it happened.
2. The name of the track.
3. The date and time when you clicked "I'm tired of this song" and when it appeared again.
I look forward to hearing back.
Well it’s the Garth brooks and Chris Ledoux and Randy Travis stations, name of the track was rough and ready radio edit by trace adkins the date was July 1 at 9pm and I got the track back tonight July 2 at 8pm. I don’t understand why I can’t keep the songs there is a lot more of them on the shelf. I’m on apple iOS app and edge browser and Roku stick so I can’t be the browser. Can you all check the streams and see if it’s working right?
And I got the songs back again last night what’s going on here?
@cowboyy221 I've taken a look and it appears like this is happening when you shuffle similar stations.
I do have some suggestions that may help:
1. Create a custom shuffle mix. If you haven't already, try making a custom shuffle. You can include any station you'd like, and this set of stations will be saved as My Shuffle (or QuickMix) on all your devices. Let us know if you'd like the steps for that.
2. Avoid including several stations based on similar artists or songs. Choosing several stations of a similar style will create a repetitive shuffle mix. When selecting stations for shuffle (or when creating any new stations in general) consider selecting artists or tracks that musically contrast. This will yield a broader playlist.
3. Edit individual stations. In some cases, it might actually help to remove Thumbs up ratings from your shuffled stations to mix things up. If there are any Thumbed up songs you used to love, but have grown tired of, try removing those ratings.
Hope this helps!
