Can't give thumbs on lock screen

So I just uninstalled and installed but I still can't get it to thumbs up or thumbs down from the lock screen can someone please message me back ASAP I appreciate it because this is startup piss me off even if I double click on it it still won't open it from the lock screen to where I could thumb up thumb down

@elizabethk842 There isn't actually a way to provide thumb ratings from the lock screen.

I recommend upvoting the following feature request threads if you'd like to see that option added to the service:

• Android - Lock Screen Controls
• iOS - Thumb controls on lock screen

For now, you will need to open the app in order to provide a thumb rating to the track that is currently playing.
