I used to have so many playlists now I can’t find any of my playlists or add a song to my playlists. Please send help!! Where can I find my playlists? How can I create a playlists from a song on stations? CAN SOMEONE HELP SOON PLEASE!???

I moved your post over to this existing thread: Content disappears when Premium session ends

To clarify, it looks like your account is currently set up with Pandora Plus. Customized playlists (including your My Thumbs Up playlist) are only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium.

I had our support team take a look at your account, and it appears you have been enabling free sessions of Pandora Premium by watching an ad.

This is what was allowing you to access your My Thumbs Up playlist.

When these free sessions of Pandora Premium end, your account reverts back to the free service, and you no longer have access to that on-demand content.

That would confirm why that content was no longer showing in your collection at the end of those Premium sessions.

To clarify, it looks like your account is currently set up with the free service. The option to listen to albums on demand is only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium.

I had our support team take a look at your account, and it appears you have been enabling free sessions of Pandora Premium by watching an ad.

This is what was allowing you to listen to albums on demand.

When these free sessions of Pandora Premium end, your account reverts back to the free service, and you no longer have access to your collected albums.

That would confirm why those albums no longer show in your collection at the end of those Premium sessions.

My playlist came back and then disappeared. i have to keep deleting my app bc the songs won't play and it's really annoying. The playlist name is "main playlist" and "you'll be okay!! "

I have Pandora Plus, so are you saying Pandora isn't keeping record or I lose my thumbs up if I don't have pandora premium? They're back today. Yesterday it said I had less than 100 likes but today it's back to 1100.

@Casey123 Your thumbed up tracks will still get added to your My Thumbs Up playlist while you are on Pandora Plus.

However, that playlist won't be accessible to you until you initiate another Premium session, or if you officially upgrade to Pandora Premium.
