Content disappears when Premium Access ends

I used to have so many playlists now I can’t find any of my playlists or add a song to my playlists. Please send help!! Where can I find my playlists? How can I create a playlists from a song on stations? CAN SOMEONE HELP SOON PLEASE!???

To clarify, it looks like your account is currently set up with Pandora Plus. Customized playlists (including your My Thumbs Up playlist) are only an option when upgrading to Pandora Premium.

I had our support team take a look at your account, and it appears you have been enabling free sessions of Pandora Premium by watching an ad.

This is what was allowing you to access your My Thumbs Up playlist.

When these free sessions of Pandora Premium end, your account reverts back to the free service, and you no longer have access to that on-demand content.

That would confirm why that content was no longer showing in your collection at the end of those Premium sessions.

Hello, had some 300 songs in Favorites, could not see it on my smartphone, so then change the name to My Favorites, and now today can't find this collection online, please help to restore it.
It starts with to Pink Floyd songs, then I think 10 yrs after very wide ranging.

Hello,

I have a Free Pandora Account.  I added a bunch of songs to My Collection, so I thought.  I clicked on the 3-dot menu and selected "Collect" to add the song.  I did that for about 15-20 songs.  However, I am not seeing them in My Collection.  I see that the blue check mark is still there.  But I cannot find where to access the songs I "Collected" the other day. 

I would assume that it would not allow me to select "Collect" if it was not a feature I would not be able to access

I'm having the same issue they charged me $4.95 3 days ago to listen to my playlist and now they want 995 to listen to my playlist which I've been listening to forever this all stinks and they need to reverse all charges I am never ever going to listen to Pandora again

I upgraded to plus,  started collecting albums and singles and creating stations.  I set my phone down,  went back to it and the drop-down options to show All, Albums, Stations etc are missing.  When I search the items,  they are showing as still collected but I can't find them.  It also appears I don't have the option to collect anymore,  just thumb and start station.   Please help!
