Hi! I have 30 songs in My Collection that say “This content is no longer on Pandora.” When I tap the Collected checkmark, it says the song was removed, but it stays in the list and the total remains at 30.
I’ve tried removing them repeatedly and completely closing and reopening the app on my iPhone, but nothing has helped.
Could you please remove these unavailable entries from my account while keeping my other music? Thank you!
@KellieR Sorry for the trouble.
I've gone ahead and removed those unavailable entries from your collection. Everything should now be good to go.
I hope this helps!

@KellieR Sorry to hear that.
Can you please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?
(Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments)
Thank you for working with me on this.
Thank you so much, Adam! I’ll see if I can figure out how to attach a screenshot!
I can't figure out how to attach a screenshot from my phone, so I logged in on my desktop to do it. Interestingly, This Content is No Longer Available is gone from my collection - songs on the desktop; however, they still show up on the app on my phone.
@KellieR Thanks for sending that screenshot over.
Since this issue sounds specific to your iPhone, I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for iOS Devices
Let me know if you continue to have trouble after completing the steps linked above.
Happy to hear it, @KellieR.
Enjoy the music!
