How do you Move song to another playlist?

I recently upgraded a few months ago to premium or something for $9bucks, and i'm trying to figure out how to move a song to another playist so as not to thumb it down, anybody know how to accomplish this?

To clarify, are you referring to a customized playlist you are creating, or are you referring to one of your regular radio stations? (ex: Jay-Z Radio)
